The National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (NBCPSS) has issued an official statement addressing recent incidents involving the misuse of the Council’s letterhead in unlawful agreements.

NBCPSS strongly condemns these actions and reaffirms its position that it will never be a signatory to any unlawful arrangement. The Council continues to uphold its mandate of promoting lawful conduct, enforcing compliance with collective agreements, and protecting the rights of all employers and employees in the private security sector.

NBCPSS remains committed to acting with integrity, transparency, and fairness. We urge all industry stakeholders to verify the authenticity of any documents or correspondence bearing the NBCPSS name and to report suspicious activity directly to the Council.
