Former security guards of Mafoko Security Patrols have won a significant legal battle after years of struggling to access their hard-earned pension funds. The Johannesburg High Court ruled against Mafoko, dismissing its attempts to block payouts and ensuring that affected workers can finally receive what is rightfully theirs.
