ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATOR – CAPE TOWN    

Job Purpose: 

The position of an Enforcement Administrator is required for the National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector in terms of its establishment Section 29(15)(a) of the La-bour Relations Act as amended. The role will provide administrative support to the Enforcement and Compliance Operations of the Region.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of an appropriate Grade 12 certificate and/or equivalent. 
  • Post Matric Qualification in Labour Relations/Law, Administration and/or relevant. 
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Labour Relations, or Administration environment. 
  • Experience working in a Collective Bargaining environment an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Labour Legislation and Bargaining Council’s Collective Agreements
  • Above average verbal and written communication and listening skills 
  • Good organisational and planning skills 
  • Good administration skills 
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good stakeholder relations skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office – Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting walk in clients by responding to their queries or by putting them in touch with the relevant agent if required.
  • Providing administrative support for all enforcement and compliance processes of the region. 
  • Co-ordinating arbitration processes for the region. 
  • Referring cases to the legal department for litigation processes. 
  • Maintain an efficient and secured filing system and control mechanisms for all files.
  • Setting up meetings, drafting agendas and transcribing minutes.
  • Consolidating weekly and monthly statistics for the region.
