DISPUTE RESOLUTION COMMISSIONERS – GAUTENG

NBCPSS hereby invites CCMA accredited Level A and B Commissioners to apply for the appointment as part-time Commissioner in Gauteng province.

NBCPSS was established and registered in terms of the provisions of the Labour Relations Act of South Africa. The primary aim and purpose of the NBCPSS is to regulate, maintain, and enforce the standard terms and conditions as set out in the Main Collective Agreement (“MCA”). The Council’s mandate is set out in Section 28 of the LRA of South Africa, with key activities and guidance outlined in Section 33A thereof.

Application: Commissioners may apply by sending their CVs and the CCMA accreditation certificate to externalrecruitment@nbcpss.co.za  by no later than 30 November 2023. On the subject of the email, please kindly write the name and location of the position being applied for (i.e., Level A Commissioner – Johannesburg).

Remuneration will be in accordance with NBCPSS’s rates.

Appointment to the NBCPSS panel of Commissioners will be communicated within 60 days from the closing date.
