ADVERT – DISPUTE RESOLUTION COMMISSIONER/S

NBCPSS was established and registered in terms of the provisions of the Labour Relations Act of South Africa. The primary aim and purpose of the NBCPSS is to regulate, maintain, and enforce the standard terms and conditions as set out in the Main Collective Agreement (“MCA”). The Council’s mandate is set out in Section 28 of the LRA of South Africa, with key activities and guidance outlined in Section 33A thereof.

The Council hereby invites CCMA accredited Level A and B Commissioners to apply for the appointment as part-time Commissioner in the following regions: (Candidates must be located in the region they are applying for)

KwaZulu Natal – Newcastle

                        – Pietermaritzburg

                        – Port Shepstone

                        – Vryheid

                        – Richards Bay

                        – Ulundi

Mpumalanga – Ermelo

                       – Secunda

                      – Piet Retief

                      – Volkrust

                      – Carolina

Northern Cape – Kuruman

                          – Upington

Remuneration will be in accordance with NBCPSS’s rates. Appointment to the NBCPSS panel of Commissioners will be communicated within 60 days from the closing date.
