The NBCPSS will have a Shutdown Period from the 28th to the 30th of December 2022. All our offices will close at 12:00 on the 23rd of December 2022 and we will open on the 3rd of January 2023.

What is the correct procedure to enforce the employer to pay employees annual bonuses accordingly.. I completed full 12 months and my employer paid R1200 as my annual bonus. Is that fair enough?

The correct procedure is to first query the issue with the employer, and if the employer is not addressing your issue, you can lodge a formal complaint with us and we’ll follow the enforcement/dispute resolution process based on the merits of the case.
